SHIPPING & RETURN

SHIPPING POLICY

ALL of our orders are registered mail and tracking number will be provided to you once dispatched. Our Tracking Guide will further assist you on instructions and what to expect. 

SHIPPING OPTION AND DURATION

(Processing Time) Upon successful orders please note that we, generally, take 1-3 processing day(s) to craft, pack and handle.

Our products are of FREE SHIPPING on Standard Shipping option. For Express Shipping option, extra shipping cost is applied. However packing materials, labor and handling fees are on us!.

Standard Shipping (FREE)

  • EU/UK: 10-25 days

  • Europe non-EU: 21-30 days

  • United States:15-25 days

  • Canada: 21-60 days

  • Oceania: 10-25 days

  • Asian Region: 10-20 days

Express Shipping

  • EU/UK: 5-7 days

  • Europe non-EU: 5-10 days

  • United States: 5-10 days

  • Canada: 5-10 days

  • Oceania: 3-10 days

  • Asian Region: 3-10 days

If Express Shipping is chosen for multiple orders, we will try and assist in combined shipping to save extra charges for you. If you are looking into multiple orders, please get in touch with us prior to purchasing.

In most cases, our shipping partner is handled by Thailand Post (both Standard and Express - EMS World). Only in some cases, where Buyer prefers, we may use DHL or other courier upon your request (extra charges is applied).  

SHIPPING FOR COUNTRIES WITH REMOTE AREAS/TERRITORIES

Please note that some countries or territories may be out of scope for our shipping partner, in which case this will be handed over to DHL for courier service. This does not mean we don't ship to these areas but an extra shipping cost will apply as only, "Priority Shipping" option is available for this.

Recently, we also learned that larger item dimensions may be limited for certain remote destination. If you believe your destination country falls under the remote area/territory criteria, please get in touch with us, beforehand, and we will be happy to check the delivery for you. So far, below are lists of countries that falls under this option:​​​​​​​​

  • Cape Verde

  • Cayman Islands

  • Central Africa Region

  • Falkland Islands

  • Faroe Islands

  • French Guyana

  • Guernsey

EVENT OF DELIVERY DELAY TIME

In event of occasional hold ups (if any), i.e. customs, holidays, and other unplanned event which may affect the overall delivery time, we will step in to sort out the delaying cause to our best effort. However, please contact the responsible carrier as soon as possible. Note that once items are dispatched it is out of our control on any delay that may occur on logistic carrier side. Good news, this is only a precautionary and has not yet happened!

VAT AND CUSTOM DUTIES

Please note that VAT and Custom Duties (if any) are NOT included. In most cases, for location such as within the EU and UK zone, these charges may be applied to you and you may be contacted via the provided contact number or email upon items' arrival at Customs. Thus, please ensure such charges are understood before your purchase; Custom Duties and VAT are the responsibility of the Buyer and in most cases applies to larger orders.

CANCELLATION

Please remember that cancellation is accepted and free of charge. Such cancellation must be made/requested before item(s) reaches its final stage of preparation for dispatch.

MISSED DELIVERY

Orders that are returned to us due to unavailability of the Buyer, the order will be charged a re-stocking fee equivalent to the initial, original shipping cost.

 

Another possible missed delivery is the package awaiting payment of applicable custom charges. If this is the case, your local postal service normally holds the package for approx. 14 days, before being returned to the sender (if unclaimed).

If this occurs and you would like us to re-send the package, then the original shipping cost will apply.

However, if a refund is preferred, we can proceed the refund minus the original shipping cost (as the shipping cost is non-refundable and not being refunded to us). 

RETURN & REFUND

For any reason that may be, we are happy to accept return orders and forward a refund of the item(s) cost once items are returned. Please reach out to us within the 14 days timeframe (from delivery date).

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable as it is not refunded to us. Thus, the final refunded price will bare a deduction of the original shipping cost and the remaining will be funded to the Buyer.

Via the Return process, Buyer is also responsible for, 1) Shipping costs on return item(s), 2) Re-importation duty fees and taxes (if any), and 3) Return items are to be in its original condition, any loss in value will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

Return orders may vary on a case by case basis. In any case, we encourage you to reach out to us as we may possibly be able to help further assist.
