TRACKING GUIDELINES

i. Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation with purchasing details. At this stage, the order status is "Being Processed" and we will dispatch your item(s) within 1-3 business days.

ii. Once dispatched, you will receive a Delivery Notification email containing shipment date and Tracking Number. At this stage, the order status is now, "Shipped" and the expected delivery date is in accordance to the appropriate shipping option with their approximate shipping timeframe (refer to our Shipping Policy).

iii. You may copy the Tracking Number (provided in Delivery Notification email) and paste it to Thailand Post website for live status of the shipment; (https://track.thailandpost.co.th/)

iv. For English translation of Thailand Post's website, via main page, please click on the top left corner (flag icon) to switch from Thai to English (UK Flag icon). Once clicked and translated, please click on "EMS Tracking and Registered Mail" - located on the right horizontal tab.

v. You will then be directed to the Tracking page where Tracking Number can be paste here (if the webpage switched back to Thai language, please proceed to clicking on the top right corner labelled, "TH" and switch it to, "EN"

NOTE: For Standard Shipping option, once the item(s) has reached the destination country's port the item(s) will be transferred to the destination country's main logistic carrier (see below Official Logistic Carriers). For most cases, the tracking information will then continue from the destination country's logistic carrier.

For Express Shipping option, the tracking may be done at both Thailand Post and destination country's logistic carrier.
